Heddie Leger of The PawZone! was the featured speaker at the July 20 meeting of the HEARTland Positive Dog Training Alliance (HEART). Leger, a longtime member of HEARTand a well-known member of the Kansas City area training community spoke to fellow HEART members about the Dog Scouts of America (DSA). Dog Scouts of America provides excellent opportunities for training professionals and pet owners to spend quality time with their pets in structured situations to develop new skills for both dog and handler. HEART members from around from around the Kansas City metro area attended.
